My Dears, I have not forgotten you. My husband, in an effort to keep me from hurting myself running (again), bought me a bike for Mother's Day. I don't think that I have ridden a bike for 20 years. I feel like I'm about 10 years old, it has been so much fun. It is true when they say, "It's like riding a bike." It all comes back to you, except of course for the muscles that you used to have and the toughened up backside that comes from long summer days of being young.0

Trying to get back at it again. We had a long weekend here in Ontario
and we just put our boat in the water so I hope to get back on track soon.
I am still logging and my exercise has been slow lately.
I hope to pick up by next week.0 -
I got in a good 30 mins today, and I jogged over half of it. At the time I thought I was about to die, but now I feel great! Haha!
My average was 4 to 4.5 mph.0 -
Sorry been sick with a sinus infection, no energy to walk or do anything.
On antibotics and just starting to feel better.0 -

I got an accidental walk in yesterday when my bike got a flat tire a mile and a half from my house. Incidentally, walking feels so good after a bike ride!0
