I hear you, have totally the opposite worry myself. I workout hard doing high energy dvd workouts and struggle to get over 200 in a 40 min session. Luckily I never eat all my exercise cals.

Good question, I'm always afraid to eat my exercise cals and before I got my heart rate monitor I'm glad I never since mfp was way off mark for me. I kinda stay to normal calorie amount but have a naughty unmarked treat at weekend

Thankyou, I figured it out. The setting automatic was on moderate, I changed it to light and its gave me a higher calorie burn. Still not seeing same numbers on here but much better than they were. I have the F6 and yes to all. Just frustrating when most people I read are getting big numbers and I'm finding it difficult breaking triple figures. By the time resting cals taken off I wouldn't have burned much at all. I know I work out daily for over a year but not super fit or anything. Wondering if it could be faulty.

If you like the occasional drink and the odd treat the best way is to eat healthy. Fill a 3rd of your plate with veg/salad, not a huge portion of meat/protein and less carbs. Doing plyometric exercises should be on there, I researched rebounding last year and found 12 mins of jumping burns 84cals. Can't remember what site it was but there was a very long list for easy burns.

When I get up too late for breakfast, I grab a cereal bar or a couple of biscuits. In an hour hungry for lunch, then you have eaten some calories but not as many as you would in a breakfast maybe? I would do more exercise than normal that day to eat same amount of calories

Even though I didn't do day 3 I did a kick *kitten* workout yesterday but did a Shred today and found it much easier. Did full push ups without knees too! Great work everyone!!!

I am terrible for this. We take in turns to host party night and put food on. I go mental! Drink in one hand, slice of pizza in the other and already clocking what to eat next. I generally ignore what I eat then since it's like once a fortnight and be an angel rest of the time

I mean stuff that we don't always do. I generally mop the floor but if I wanted to get on my hands and knees to scrub the floor then it is outside the "normal" activities. I am merely curious. Ordered myself a pulse rate watch that tracks calories so I will be leaving it on and randomly checking how many cals burned

Well done everyone, me too Day 2 done! Found it much easier today, used heavier weights and more or less did everything apart from full push up. That is my aim for tomorrow. To complete it 100% with weights and full push ups.
