Born & raised! Grew up in Bay City, graduated from CMU and now living in Farmington Hills. I love Pure Michigan... long weekend vacations are fun in Ludington, Traverse City, Tawas. Ore Ida makes frozen sweet potato fries. Not the healthiest but they're under 200 calories for 22 fries & they're super yummy with a little garlic salt and pepper.

Peanut butter & jelly on wheat bread, coconut greek yogurt, cinnamon & brown sugar almonds, banana, nature valley granola bars and a piece of dark chocolate with almonds. 827 calories later...I'm full :D

I try to drink as much water as I possibly can at work. (at least 6 glasses) Due to this, I have to use the restroom like every half hour!! I'm sure my co-workers think I'm crazy by now :laugh:

A girl I work with (who is my age) and thinks it's funny to brag about the amount of food she always eats. Seriously, when we go out to lunch, she'll order a huge sub, chips, cookie, AND freakin' milkshake. She always eats free stuff our office offers (like muffins, doughnuts). I completely agree with this. This is what I do: Walk @ 4.0 for .25 miles Run @ 6.7 for .75 miles Walk @ 4.0 for .25 miles Run @ 6.4 for .25 miles Walk @ 4.0 for .10 mies And I keep alternating until I hit my goal (whether it's 2 miles or 5 miles). I've discovered a love for running doing it this way.

24 years young. 5'3" SW: 130 CW: 128 GW: 120 UGW: 117 1600 daily cals. Workout 4-5 times per week. I run 2-5 miles + toning. I'm mostly trying to maintain, however, I'm going on a houseboat in May and want to look rockin' in a bikini! Haha.

Alli is the only FDA approved 'diet pill' -- everything else is use at your own risk. Your body is a temple and should be treated that way. I'd like to get rid of some love handles, thin my thighs & slim down the booty (ultimate goals). Working out is not really doing the trick. This is sort of unrelated but I add liquid water enhancer (MiO) to my H2O & it helps me drink a TON more! But yes agreed, more water cooler runs, more bathroom breaks = I feel like an old lady with a bladder problem. At least I know I'm doing my body good.
