COUNT ME IN!! Starting P90x today.

I've been looking for a support group to hold me accountable. I've been gaining and losing the same 10lbs since November. Each day I tell myself I will be good but then I just mess myself up. I am so frustrated. But anyway my starts are HW: It was somewhere between 206-210. LW: 149lbs (apparently I looked too skinny) CW:…

still a couple days behind on the challenge. I did 180squats yesterday. This was after taking spin and a half hour of kickboxing class. My legs felt like jello :)
-
sorry I don't have any pics but i'm 2months into my weight loss journey and my legs are definitely more toned thanks to spin class, squats and lunges!

Good Job!! I teach spin class at my gym and because in the country I live, it's not a very popular exercise, 99% of people who do come for my class are new to spin. The awesome thing about spin is that you can control the intensity of the workout. I highly recommend it as a class you take consistently, you'll be amazed at…

I tried the tape last year and definitely lost inches. I absolutely hated level 2, it was a bit too much for my wrists and I actually found it harder than level 3. in fact level 3 is by far my favourite.

done. I found that for me I feel more of a burn when I pulse the squats and feels much better on my knees. some days I alternate between full squats and pulsing. so far i'm liking the challenge
-
lovely post. Definitely inspiring!!
-
i had to stop for a few days because of my knees. but I plan of starting up again today but probably can't do all the reps
-
thank you!! I will start out with that and adjust if necessary like you recommended.
-
nothing? no one can help me? bummer big time

MFP overestimates the calories burned. I typically cutdown the MFP number by half (since I don't own a HRM)-- it maybe overcautious but it works for me.

hi ya! we have similar stats although i'm slightly taller than you. I'm 5'11 and i'm currently at 189lbs. My goal weight is 145 but realistically I think i'll stop at 155lbs. I live alone, however I do have a desk job. I teach spin and have free gym membership so I feel bad if I waste it. My Achilles heel are nuts. I love…

i'm assuming we can break these up as long as we make each day's target, as doing say 240 squats at once may not be feasible (but who knows anything can happen)
