Hi Yes I have and I have also used pureed prunes, you can't taste the prunes and I think it is better than applesauce. I just recently read about using canned pumpkin too but I haven't tried that yet! I used applesauce and prunes in place of the fats not sugar? How about getting a bar of the 70% cocao, break it up, figure out the caloric content etc. then just take a piece with you to work in a small baggie, stuff it in your drawer eat it when you have that awful craving and replenish as needed.
