Before the Android app had it to where you could see the diaries, I didn't. Unless I was on my computer. Now I try to every time.

I upped mine and I started losing again! It works! And I eat some but not all of my exercise calories back. Mainly because I work out too late to eat that much back.

agreed. I did it for months and probably would have lost more doing something else (like walking lol). Plus, it makes my feet fall asleep!

For some people it really works. My grandmother used it for years. And my mom uses it now. You can Google it and you will see a ton of people saying they tried it and it worked. Of course some say it doesn't, but if it works it is worth a try!

Zumba (I do Zumba on the Wii), Just Dance games, Turbo Fire!! You can get a resistance band and it does the same as free weights. I think 30 day shred is on YouTube. I do the majority of my workouts at home!

Mine is usually so bad that I actually don't have an appetite. I literally feel sick. Sometimes I will crave chocolate a few days before. But I don't have a big sweet tooth so I never have it in the house. :-/ Sorry I can't help answer your question.

I have a huuuuge booty and thunder thighs. I actually like my huuuuge booty, however, I would like to tone up and lose the craters. The thunder thighs need to just be thighs, because I am tired of the thunder clappin. Just sayin. :D

I sometimes have to take 2 days off in a row as well. If you start doing this and you see that you are not losing like you want to, try some HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts on one or 2 of the days (but not back to back) and see if that helps. Good luck!!
