I was going to ask the same question as everyone else . . . are you sure you weigh 213? You look far less than that. You look great - and I say the same - if you want to lose more - do it . . . but you do look great at your current weight!!!

Since everything was in 20's I did 2 sets of 20 - I hope that was enough (because otherwise my arms would have fallen off).

I use callistenics - vigorous effort.

I do nuts and yogurt - but if I'm craving something crunchy I have some Kellogg Cracker Chips. They are really good and only 110 calories for 30. So I will do 10 and some nuts - or 15 and some nuts.

I also have to agree with Theprettyone. I've never noticed. They both have killer bodies - I'm sure either of them could do either part.

I have Comcast and with that I hit "On demand" then "exercise TV" then "Jillian Michaels". I have 30 Day Shred 1 & 2 for free.

Hmmmm . . . ok . . . I will take this challenge today. My plan: 25 min bike ride, 25 min elliptical, 20 min 30 day shred, 20 min wii Just Dance (quite the work out for the arms) and I'll use my 10 remaining minutes walking. Ok - better get going to start my stuff - since it's so hot I need to get it done early :)

Try to find things you like that fit into your plan. Maybe some Jello Chocolate pudding (at 100 calories). It's hard to deny yourself all the time, so it might be easier to find a way to fit your craving in. That way you feel satisfied with getting what you want but still sticking to your plan.

I totally understand that . . . . lol. When I feel like that I drink something like Crystal Light, or tea. Something that has a little more flavor than just water. That will usually do the trick for me - and if not - I eat some yogurt, or nuts, and drink more.

Today is a new day!!! I find that sometimes it helps to actually have a plan what you are going to eat. Someone told me once "being hungry leads to bad food choices" and I totally believe that. I do much better when I know what I'm going to have that way I'm not tempted to go pick up something "easy".

I eat a handful of nuts, although filled with fat - they are the "good" fat and will help lower cholesterol. A couple ounces of nuts will add quite a bit of calories.

Hi, and welcome!! I'm in that same boat as you, I used to exercise and eat well and was a nice size, then many things all lead to me not caring or not working on it.
