Does anyone know how you determine how many calories you burn when it's not listed? I wanted to start the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred but have no idea how to calculate the calories I will burn.

I think it is on here somewhere I see tons of MFP users log it. Try logging an exercise and search for 30DS.

If you can, I suggest you get a Heart Rate Monitor - seriously was the best fitness investment I've made!

Per my heart rate monitor, I burned 240-290 calories per workout throughout all 3 levels. I am 5'10" and 173 pounds. My avg heart rate was around 150 (including the warmup/cooldown).

As for documenting it, I added it to the cardio list, but it doesn't share between users.

I use a HRM with calorie counting feature for workouts that aren't on here...that way I feel like my counts are as accurate as possible.
