Oh i eat...i eat a lot! And all at 1200 cals. We know what we want to eat, I eat what i want, in moderation and exercise. What's right for some isn't for others. We shouldn't judge.

I was looking through pictures on Facebook and my friend said "Oh my, look at your legs there, they were so much skinnier!" Something needed to be done.

I find i'm usually below my 1200 calories and i don't eat my exercise calories. I find it's more than enough!!!

The same as everyone else. Cut out the processed snacks, fine every once in while, but not every day! I also saw no fruit or vegetables...up your water intake, follow our advice and something might happen!

Bump! As a student, this will come in useful! I'm so used to buying ready made meals, so easy just to chuck in the microwave after a long day...

My nurse (who's watching my weight) said you should have 1 matchbox sized piece of cheese a week...and to think i used to go through a whole block in a week... Still haven't given it up, but it made me think I was going a bit overboard...

Don't ever think of it as a diet. It's a lifestyle change. Make small changes every day. My first one was having breakfast. A small change that made everything else fit in and move around.
