    Turbo Jam and Ab Jam for me :) I love using my HRM and seeing how many calories I burn! I am addicted to exercise because of it!!!!

    Walked 6 miles at 6 AM this morning... too hot to walk later! I really enjoy reading the postings on MFP. Lots of great ideas for exercise and healthy food. Definitely a great motivational tool! :happy:

    30min on the treadmill set at 3.0 and crossramp at 1.5
    5min rowing machine
    and did 3sets of 10-12rep on each of the weight machines in my local gym :)
