  • If your BMR is 1507 then always try to NET 1507 and dont get lower. So that means if you workout and burn 300 calories you should eat 1807...which would only be a NET of 1507.   • I love my wii in the beggining of my journey I used to use it alot. Now I dont use it all the time but I still love my wii days! I have EA active, and EA active more workouts, Exerbeat, Gold's Gym Dance, and Wii Walk it out. I love them all!
