Water's a great tool in weightloss but be careful of drinking it in the extreme - water intoxication is really dangerous.

I count - a lot - I like to do things in 3s, but 7s, 10s and 13s are ok too. (Volume, squirts of shampoo you name it) I hate the number 4. Some really interesting, knowledgeable and thought provoking information here, Really impressed with you lot! It is a scale that you stand on. I will be careful to make sure I am hydrated and I hve my legs apart next time I measure my BF%. Thank you for the positive comments too.

Began 1 month ago, 27/6/11 and I have lost 10lbs. Another 13lbs to go for me.

I'm 5'4" and a half. I started at 156lbs, I don't distribute weight well so it did not look good on me and I didn;t feel comfortable, I am a triangular apple shape. That was a BMI of about 25.3. Currently at 146lbs and still have 13lbs to go before I am at my ideal weight of 133lbs.

Congratulations on the weightloss - that is fantastic! You are so lucky fitting in UK size 12 jeans already. I am 5'4.5" and 149lbs and I cant quite fit in them yet!

Cheers guys! I crapped myself then. I still have the label and I will edit it. I am pretty good at cooking my meals from scratch so I stay well under sodium usually, that was scary!

Well I went... I managed to walk for 25mins, run for six and swim for 10. I am still very achy though but I'm so glad I went! Day off tomorrow though.
