Never got into that show, because it's pretty ridiculous. Dehydrating is horrible! I'm constantly drinking water myself. If I gain water weight so be it! So not worth it to see the scale lower if I'm missing out on water. I'm addicted to h2o!

I think you can only do it alone for so long. I lost 40 pounds on my own, with 0 help. I just really wanted to do something by myself. Then I gained 10 of it back and I was like okay maybe I do need help! In the long run it's better to have a little support then just yourself.
