I love laughing cow! Your breakfast ideas sound great. I eat the same thing EVERYDAY just because it's easy and I eat at work :( My oatmeal and banana are not going to taste as good tomorrow when I am thinking about an egg sandwich! Oh and now my stomach is growling. Off to do the shred!

I am a complete non-runner and don't want to burn myself out. So, I have decided to do 6 on and 1 off of the Shred and 4 to 5 on for the walking/running. Good luck…
