I have been here since day 1 and wouldnt be where i am without all you wonderful ladies - so it goes without saying i am in it for this one as well. Here's to being another 3 lbs lighter by Thanksgiving!!

Hi to the ladies I dont know and a special hello to my "fellow mummies" from the previous challenges! I have done so poorly in the past one and really want to do this and surpass my goal to make up for what I didnt accomplish.
Anyways, I will log my starting weight tomorrow morning as I really forgot to weigh myself when I got up today. Gonna try really hard to get back on the bandwagon and back into it so I can catch up with some of you girls... :happy:

Hi, Ladies! I am going to join this Thanksgiving challenge again as well. I failed miserably with following through with the halloween challenge but I promise to do better this time! I am finally getting back on track and my head is back on straight and I am focused and ready to go. I got a new workout program over the weekend that I started this morning. It is Supreme 90 Day. Not sure if any of you have heard of it but it is similar to P90X in that it uses muscle confusion to prevent a plateau. This morning was chest and back and can I just say that it was killer! I loved it. I love lifting weights, it makes me feel so strong. I did 2 rounds of Chalean Extreme and had great results but I am ready for something new so that I can hopefully get these last 15 pounds off before next summer.

I think this will be a great month for all of us. Three pounds is a very manageable goal. We are ALL able to use some moderation for Thanksgiving to maintain that loss.
I am happy to see that you are still with us, Latoya:flowerforyou: My plan is to do better on the weekends this month. When the day starts off rough, we just have to work a little bit harder to get it back on track. A little bit lighter dinner, a little bit heavier workout = successful day
I hope everyone made it away from Halloween successfully. I chewed gum the entire trick-or-treating session so I wouldn't be tempted. I did fall prey to one tootsie roll & a couple of Hot Tamales though. It's always nice to see all the kiddos dressed up in their costumes. By the end of the night, I was practically shoveling candy into the poor kids' pails just so I wouldn't be stuck with the temptation of leftovers. We did walk around for a little while before passing out candy so the two-year old could experience "trick-or-treating" = nice workout too!
