    hey everyone!

    my weigh in was 272.4

    Im so very excited today I started my 6 weeks of the biggest lost boot camp. I have set a reward of dinner/lunch with the bestie and a pedi just for getting through the 6 weeks. Im hoping this will really push my weight loss over the next 3 weeks so i can at least hit that 15 pound loss mark by the end of this group.

    Hi Everyone! Sorry I have been MIA. I am a teacher and we went back to work on Thursday and then our weekend was packed. I am exhausted! I just read through some of the old posts and saw that a lot of us are going through a bit of a funk, count me in. I am still trying to stick within my calories (albeit loosely), getting daily walks with the baby (but need to back to the Shred, agree it is the best bang for the buck), drink my water and do my push ups and sit ups. This is the only thing keeping me accountable, thank you ladies and I will be more active after this week, but will checkin as much as I can this week.

    On labor day I am starting a new thread called Labor Day Shredders... I have to do another round of the shred. With out the 30 day structure i start slipping and it is definitly the best bang for the buck. Id love to have you on board!

    good morning!! Awesome job to all the losers!!! lets keep up the good work! i have had minimal progress on the scale, but im hanging in!! i never thought weight loss would be this tough!!

    I have always heard its MUCH harder to lose the weight once you get closer to your goal... I didnt have a clue it would be this hard!!! I really hope me nursing is partly to blame like it was with my first son, and once i dry up these last 8lbs will be gone... So discouraging... Havent worked out since Thursday, so annoyed and mad at myself. Ok the pitty party is over now.

    hey there fello mommies!!! i have been dealing with a 103 fever with my little guy :( tonight is preschool graduation and dinner out at my fav italian place.................tonight will be an emotional roller coaster!!! im doing whatever and feeling whatever! havent worked out and need to.....try to get it in today!!! have a great one:)

I think my eating has been doing all the work.. or my lack of eating I should say, cause I havent been exercising much and I've still lost. I am thankful and definitely not complaining!!     Good Morning ladies! I weighed in at 166 this morning; I can't believe I'm only 6lbs away from my mini-goal. I probably won't reach it by Labor Day but I think this is awesome anyway. I want to reach it by my birthday in mid-September.

    Everybody so far is posting really awesome progress this week. That's amazing! You guys are really keeping me motivated by your success. I am currently fighting shin splints(from running) as well as a twisted ankle from Friday's Navy workout. It seems like my body is not happy with me trying to force it to lose weight:tongue: I am trying my best to eat healthy & "take it easy" while by body is healing. It is very difficult b/c I use my exercise calories in order to eat more food:wink: And.... I LOVE to eat!:blushing:
