Started tracking again today after a 2 month hiatus. Weirdly, people keep saying "you look like you've lost weight", but I know I've gained a few back during hiatus. (shrug) I'll take it!

I usually have 1/2 c of chocolate milk and a banana before a workout then the other 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 a Clif bar afterwards. I don't do well if I don't eat before and right after. Wow... you guys who make extra meals are amazing. In my house, growing up, you ate or you didn't. It is the same in my house. No extra meals, no extra snacks if you don't eat your meal. ok... i managed to do some of the w/o. 100 modified jumping jacks 90 crunches 80 squats 70 scissor kicks 60 fire hydrants the mountain climbers are right out...
