    So Turquoise, I let you all down yesterday, but today I managed:

    60 squats
    30 pushups
    60 crunches

    Not amazing. But it's something. Definitely wasn't motivated today!

    Monday: Push ups= 50 Crunches= 87 Squats= 50
    Tuesday: Push ups= 20 Crunches= 27 Squats= 43
    Wednesday: Push ups= 26 Crunches= 100 Squats= 34
    Thursday: Push ups= 20 Crunches= 107 Squats= 42

    Thursday - 100 crunches, 40 pushups, 75 squats

    I apologize, yesterday was my day off, and today my stomach is NOT agreeing with me in a slightest. I will try to get something in, but if not.. I will triple my usual tomorrow. Promise! Hold me to it.

    I thing they tried to kill us at Jazzercise tonight.

    So, for team turqoise

    250 squats
    202 crunches

    They didn't have us do any pushups and I'm not sure that I'm going to get any done here tonight. If I do, I'll post it.

    Me too. And I'm guilty of it!! I've been having such a hard time with life, and things have just been pushed to the side!! I'm about to post a new topic looking for people to join, and **FROM NOW ON WE WILL BE DOING ALL S.D. BUSINESS IN OUR GROUP!!**. I find it to be a lot more organized.

    I have posted a topic within the group, so you best look at it!

    I will further be posting within the group, so do not look on this thread for the group any longer!
