I was wondering about that possibility, but I don't get so bad that I can't stop and catch my breath. I always can, but it interrupts my workout. I need to figure out a way to prevent me from getting to the point that I need a deep breath. Thanks!

Hannaford Market (NH) for $1.89, and the Asian market had them for $1.69.

Check out www.shirataki.com, and also they are carried at Asian markets. I am a very picky eater, but these do not bother me! They pretty much take on the flavor of whatever they are cooked with. I pay $1.69 for the pack of 8oz. They are packed in liquid.

Shirataki noodles! wwwshirataki.com I saw them on hungry-girl.com, and I was intrigued. I heated them up, and mixed them with 3 Laughing Cow Light Cheese wedges for 145 calories, and a very filling yummy lunch!
