  • I've been doing very little working out while Keto. I've been focusing on just making sure I'm eating properly and just go for long walks when I'm able.   • My go-to snacks right now are Costco protein bars, hard-boiled eggs, and ham with cream cheese wrapped around a pickle :) I also found green olives stuffed with garlic at my local farmer's market, which is easy to pack and bring with me. Could easily be made at home as well!
