Did I mention I'm so OVER the humidity here?! Ugh.

Thanks, you guys are fabulous!

I really don't know? I feel like it wouldn't be as bad like you said because the air is more pure...well, depending on what part you're in. I always get headaches from the elevation for the first 2 or 3 days I'm there. But, I'm always there in the winter, too....so, I don't know?

Thanks! I fell in love the first time I went skiing there. Ah, I love it. I just need to get a job there!!!!

I've lived 5 minutes away from the ocean for my entire life. I'm ready for the mountains : )
-
Hm....Denver may be for me : ) Hah.

I read somewhere in a recent article that Louisville is like the best place to live in CO, and a great place for college grads. I guess because it's not super expensive?
-
What about a farmer's market? It may be less.

!!! Oh my goodness. I want to start a garden SO bad!
-
My nose and my eyebrows! Oh, and my legs : )

Whenever I feel like I want to cut a few carbs, I usually just limit my carb intake. Eating carbs for breakfast or lunch only helps.

Love trail runs. The park I run in has trails and black top, so my runs are pretty varied. I did trip over a root in the ground last month and ran the last mile with a bad cut on my knee. Oh, well. Just pick your feet up, I guess.

You have great style!!! Good job!

I was on Zoloft for about 5 months after my brother passed away. And I gained about 20 pounds. It was really awful. I've lost most of it, thank goodness...but it's taken a while. It made me really tired! Going from running, biking, and swimming to absolutely nothing was really hard for me. I finally stopped taking it…

Haha. Yes! She always tricks me!
-
That sounds SO good! I'm gonna have to make some this weekend!
-
I'm just bored. I eat tuna, beans, fish, veggies, etc. I never have time to make a "meal," excpet on the weekends. So I'm always throwing things together. If only I had a personal chef.
-
Just what I needed today. Thanks!

It's best to have at least an incline of 1 on the treadmill. That simulates the road, versus an incline of 0, which is a slight downhill on a treadmill.

Track your food religiously! The more detailed you are, the better. It's easier to stay right on target with your calories in case for some reason you can't get in a workout that day. That's what has always always helped me. The more strict I am with counting, the better...no matter how much I exercise! : )

Started the Shred again today. I've pretty much got Jillian's little sayings memorized. Oh, Jillian. I forgot how much you sweat! Looking forward to being done in 30 days. I'm staying 10 days on each level. Although I do enjoy levels 1 and 3 the most, level 2 is awkward at some points.

5'6 147 6 to 8 in bottoms depending on brand M in most tops Looking forward to getting back into my 4's! Or 2's...that'd be a miracle. I don't know if that will ever happen again though. I've got leg muscles now from cycling...and I'm okay with that : )
-
Beware-it gets addicting! Then you get bored with running and start doing triathlons : )
-
Can I just say I forgot how good of a workout the 30 Day Shred is?! Definitely worked up a sweat. Looking forward to toned arms!
-
Burpees. For sure.
-
Nope. I'd love to visit though! Florida is flat.
-
Black beans! Cheap and delicious. You can do a lot with them!
-
Go to a running store to get fitted for shoes!!!!

As far as meals go, I try to incorporate black beans, tuna, veggie burgers, veggies, brown rice, quinoa, rice pasta, or a baked sweet potato to my meals. These foods always fill me up and are lower in calories with lots of nutrition!
