Hello, I have been plant based 3 weeks now. I feel great. I have more energy and I'm not bloated like I was. I have also lost 10 lb and that physically feels great too.

My two favorites are Oxygen and Hers - muscle and fitness. For Oxygen, I thumb through, read the transformations. Then I read the workouts. And then I check out the reciepes. Hers. I read from cover to cover.

I totally agree with the above. He was simply not the one. He actually did you a favor. One day you will meet someone who will appreciate you. Start focusing on your goals and do it for yourself. You have come so far, don't let him stop you.

You could trying looking on line for a nutrition guide. Alot of popular resturants have them online. To back out the bun, maybe you can ask or read how many ounces the burger will be. And then look up the value on MFP without the bun. Hope this helps.

I havee the same problem. I work nights so my schedule is all whacked out. If you eaat something make it light on the car. Some of my favorites : nuts, yogurt ( lite, greek if you like it), apple, veggies, dark choclate (1 oz), cup of light popcorn, water, tea. Good luck

This is normal. I retain 5-7 lb of water during my week. It kind of plays with my mind, but then I just shrug it off.
