Do you have a favorite fitness magazine?

And

is there a certain way you read a magazine, like to you go straight for the articles you want to read or do you start from page one and read all the way threw?

Oddly enough my fav is a men's magazine.

This one

until I found they made a girls magazine too then I loved that one, but I can't find this one any more, I still get the men's one for my husband as a way to deter him from reading Maxum lol

I can't help but read from page one all the way threw, its like compulsanary

  • Currently only have a subscription for Men's Fitness. Usually read them front to back when I'm sitting on the toilet. TMI.

I read some where that running causes wrinkles, have you found this to be true, thats the only reason why I gave up on running

My 2 faves are Oxygen and Fitness. I like to start with the Success Stories, then literally read cover to cover all the way through.
  • Nutrition Action Letter. No advertising so they just give the real deal on places you eat at and many other nutrition and health topics

Runner's World and Running Times. Triathlon is good too, but I think it's only quarterly.

  • I really enjoy Oxygen Magazine. I love the motivation it gives and the clean eating recipes. I look forward to it each month now!

My two favorites are Oxygen and Hers - muscle and fitness. For Oxygen, I thumb through, read the transformations. Then I read the workouts. And then I check out the reciepes. Hers. I read from cover to cover.
