  • I think if you just go to exercise and click add cardio or add strength training and type in the workout, either it will appear and you can choose from what others have put in or you can create your own... do you use a hrm to track how many calories you burn? how long have you been doing p90x? you liking it?

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil is always my base for salad dressings. Depending on what I feel that day I'll either add lemon juice, lime juice or red wine vinegar to it with a little salt n pepper. Adding minced garlic to any one of these combos works too, also a squirt of dijon mustard gives a tangy flavor :)

  • i don't juice, but i do Shakeology. which is kind of like juicing.... all natural ingredients, to name a few... Sacha Inchi (contains immunity boosting vegetarian omega 3s), Astragalus Root (great for strenghtening muscle mass and improve metabolism), just to name a few :) Love this stuff!

  • I cook ALOT with garlic :) But, I use red wine vinegar with lots of my meals (especially with my salad dressings). Lemon and lime juices are a couple of my favs too :)
