    i see you did eat more and you also followed robin's advice and switched sugar to fiber in your top five. i do think tracking fiber is very important but i also think tracking sugar is important too. everyone is different and everyone has different weight-loss goals but for me keeping my sugars extremely low definitely helped me to lose weight. i lost weight rapidly which i know many here do not approve of but i did it under the care of a team of dr.'s and a nutritionist with my health and diet being monitored by them the entire time. having said that, i am of the belief that it isn't only added sugars you should watch if you are trying to lose weight but all sugars. i don't believe it is arbitrary that mfp sets it low and always find it ironic that many who believe wholeheartedly in so many other basic premises of the mfp "plan" throw that one out the window without giving it a second thought.
