  • Well i have to say that i am in no position to judge anyone and i dont like to be judged either so i can definately agree with you. We are, after all, only human and have feelings that can quite easily be hurt by others judgements.
  • i definately do this quite a lot actually. I work week on week off and when i am in work i dont have a chance to be bored so i dont overeat or eat if not hungry but when i am home i just think about food the whole time and constantly feel the need to go to the fridge to see what is in it and grab something to nibble on…
  • Stick with it as i had a very slow first few weeks and i am still here since July! I think that slow and steady is better as it tends to stay off but i totally understand how you feel as i felt like this when i was going through this.   • ye even though i have been with MFP for about 6-7 weeks now i have only lost 1lb! I had to take a break from running due to an ankle injury but im back on track now. Still cant see a difference in clothes either but i am just going to hang on in with it and hopefully i will shift either weight or inches soon...............

  • What about switching ro Ryvita crispbreads the dark rye are lovely with tuna, light mayo and sweetcorn for lunch. For breakfast maybe have some cereal small amount before your run and then your omelette when you get back....
