    Morning Dashers hope you all had a great day yesterday and that you are all still feeling motivated. Here’s todays mini challenge

    50 squats
    50 butt crunches
    50 bicep curls

    Watch your sodium intake (im doing this for the week so i dont retain any of the gallons of water im drinking) and drink plenty of water people

    Best of luck today and lets prove Dashers are in it to win it!!!

  • Hey Team Dasher,

    I have an idea for a mini challenge. How about one day out of this week we burn at least 1000 calories?!?! I know it may seem like a lot but if we put our minds to it we can do it!! If you want you spread them out throughout the day. You can burn half in the morning and half in the evening.

    That's a great idea we will do that mini challenge for Thursday to get a big calorie burn in before weigh in :)
