    Great Challenges today I'm gonna do them tomorrow if that's ok.. Today I went to the gym and I had 45 mins before the kettle bell class so I worked out.. After college I had a meeting about the boxing that's SUPPOSED to be starting next Tuesday but the trainers had other ideas and ran us raggid for 75 mins!!!! I'm so sore and I know it won't show tomorrow on the scales but I know it will next week.. It even hurts to type this lol.. Your all in high spirits today guys and I'm delighted to see it... Tomorrow starts are new week I can't wait to put s line under last week and get stuck in this week.. I don't usually do mini challenges during weekends but I think we should try skip the cheat day and really try... Hope you all have a great weigh in tomorrow and if you dong lose don't worry about it.. Were not finished yet so we will just work on what ever is dragging us down next week... All suggestions for the main challenge are welcomed and anything u wanna see covered just let me know :)

    Hey everyone. I know I have kind of been M.I.A. lately. I have been legitimately busy but I have also been spending WAY too much time playing games on Facebook. They are so addicting. I decided to quit cold turkey. We'll see how long I can last. I've been keeping up with my normal exercise, but no so much with the mini challenges. I will have to make a better effort going forward. I don't think I will see a loss tomorrow, but I shouldn't have too much of a gain either.

    I know many have you have been SO dedicated. Congratulations! I hope you see great results tomorrow. Best of luck to everyone!!

    Yaaay! Down 2.6 pounds this week. I missed a couple of the mini challenges :noway: cuz of stressful/long days at work, but at least I did some of my own exercise. I really made an effort this week to drink more water and I think it really helped! This loss has excited me enough to really really really keep going toward my goal. :bigsmile:

    I wont be able to eat salad for dinner as my boyfriend is cooking me something, we are going for a walk but i dont know about a 20 minute jog im not that fit lol. I will defo do the lunges and tricep dips :) xxxxx

    I wasn't sure if the 20 minute jog would be to much, but I figured if we all just try to jog as long as we can go without stopping that would be great. I just put the 20 min. For a goal. I know I can't jog for 20 straight minutes. I do good to jog the 90 seconds on the c25k. lol. I am not sure if there are people on here who can jog for 20 minutes, but if there are this will give them a challenge too. I will just be jogging what I can and mostly with the c25k.

    I wonder if I can sneak doing some of these at work... dips here and there inside my cubical when people are gossiping in other areas... lunges in the bathroom. Then I can do the rest when I get home later. I just don't think I can do the salad

    I will be doing the 30 minute walk, 30 lunges and 40 tricep dips but will pass on the jogging as well as salad for dinner...that was dinner last night and might be today's lunch. :smile:

    ok guys this is the link to the spread sheet today im leaving it open so that your able to edit it yourselves and add your new weight to it.... its just that its so hard to do without the computer (which i will havde back tomorrow or the next day) so i would greatly appreciate it if you could go on and update your own loss/gain and ill close it again when i have the laptop..... hope this is ok... i have done most of the ones that i got from today :)

    ill be here in a while with the new challenge :)

    Hi everyone :) I weighed myself about 10x and each time other showed a different weight...so I just averaged them :)
    I think i'll try to run for 50 minutes and so the lunges, dips; can't eat salad because we are going out for dinner.

    this week we are gonna spice things up a bit... i'm splitting you into 2 groups..
    FIND YOUR GROUP AND MAKE THEM PROUD TO BE APART OF YOUR TEAM... EACH TEAM HAS A MIX OF PEOPLE THAT LOSE BIG NUMBERS AND AVERAGE NUMBERS JUST TO KEEP IT FAIR... I WANT EACH GROUP TO AIM FOR 1 POUND PER PERSON,,, HOW YOU DO THIS IS UP TO EACH INDIVIDUAL THE LEADERS ARE HERE TO SET US A MAIN CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK TO HELP US LOSE THIS POUND.... GUYS YOU ALL KNOW A LB IS NOT A LOT AND IM SURE YOU WILL ALL DO MORE THAN THAT.... just remember your working in a group this week so you have to be accountable...

    Leaders i hope your ok with been leaders and if your not just let me know ill pick another person.. i know life is busy and some people wont have time to do this .. have a long hard think about your challenge and be as competitive as you like and can... you can set it tomorrow.. put the challenges up on the thread and make sure to add the people in your group as your friend... there are a few names on the list that havent logged there weight in a while so if they dont get in touch by next week we will take them off it... the person with the best loss next week from each team will be the leaders for the following challenge...

    Ok team rudolf we have to win this as its my birthday on friday and finding we win will be one of the best pressies you can give me :D

    Ok so the challenge this week for us is this:

    Do at least 20 minutes of cardio a day and make sure it is something that really gets your heart rate up like running, fast walking, dance anything you want just get those calories burning!!!

    I also want you to focus on your carbs a lot this week i say we have a low carb week, obviously as low as you can don't stress if you have to have a piece or bread or something i dont want you all starving! lol and then i want everyone to have at least 1 low carb day.

    And of course make sure you drink ALL your water, you know andrea likes to remind you but now im reminding you too!

    Mini challenges should be tough this week to make sure we get as much calorie burn as possible :)

    I want your input too if anyone has any good ideas that could help us let me know and we can work it in :D

    CUMMON TEAM RUDOLF, WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

    1.) Burn 2500 calories this week.

    2.) Low carb week, So not going over 150g a day and have 1 no carb day pushing it to 2 days if you can.

    3.) Drink at least 10+ glasses of water a day.

    4.) NO FASTFOOD or SODA at all. ( It still makes a show in my diary......)

    Make sure we all do our mini challenges and push further if you can :)

    Any ideas or advice welcome :-D

    right lads and ladies the leaders have set the challenges please take not of them and work as hard as you can to do them... remember your in a team now so dont let your side down... im loving this so far the fight talk is so funny and a bit of healthy competition never hurt anyone... remember just because im on team rudolf this week does not mean im not here for each of you so if ya need me for anything just send me a message....

    I can do #4 without a problem. :happy:
    # 3 is a struggle due to timing and the frequent bathroom visits, :wink: but I will try.
    #2 - I haven't focused on this in the past, since I pretty much have a routine that a follow for certain things, like lunch...and my husband cooks dinner....but we'll see.
    #1 is probably doable, and of course I'll make an extra effort. :laugh:

    So - here we go, Team Dasher!!:heart:
