How is your posture? Remember to keep your hips tucked so they are under your shoulders and try to stand with your feet shoulder width apart. I'm a nurse and I stand, quite literally, all day long. Posture is everything! (and good shoes of course!)

That is amazing work! Love the picture of your jeans :)

White 5'10" 216 size 16 29 years old I have to lose a good 10-12 lbs to change sizes :( Makes for slow shopping motivation.

85 pounds is NOTHING to sneeze at! Thank you for sharing. You look FABULOUS by the way :)

What if I just want to DRINK back my exercise calories. 1 hr of Zumba = 3 coctails??? :-D
-
You look 10 years younger! Great work!!!

Despite the scale not changing for the past few weeks I have recently received several compliments on how much better I look. My Mom said to me tonight that my body must be "redistributing" the weight because I looked great! :)

Another sorry diet/exercise week for me. I really need to change this trend. 199.8 (but I'm staying in one-derland!)
-
A little late but my weight from Thursday was 199.2. Only down .6 and I'm not doing so great on food choices this week so I'm praying to just not be UP next week!

My understanding is that MFP automatically calculates your calorie deficit when you tell it how much you want to lose per week. As long as you stay within your calorie goal (no less than 1200 per day) you should be good...

Seriously? That's only 8 lbs!? You look amazingly different!
-
That is really an astounding realization. Anyone I meet from this point forward will know me at my highest weight. Gotta love that!
-
199.8 ---> WOO HOOO!!!! It might be just by a bit, but I am in ONE-DERLAND!!!!

My week 3 weight hasn't made it on the spread sheet yet, so reposting here :) Week 3 201.8

Put on one of last years favorite spring tops only to find the dog had chewed on the sleeve of it. Took one look in the mirror and realized I wasn't even disappointed because the thing was baggy and too big on me anyway and proudly threw it in the trash!

This!

Week 2 207.2 Week 3 201.8 Forgot to check in here last week, sorry! Big losses are the result of a really bad illness that has kept me from eating much of anything... Wouldn't be surprised if some of it crept back on once I'm back to feeling good again.

I haven't actually changed sizes but my shoes are fitting much looser, almost sloppily loose now!
-
Bummer... now you gotta buy new pants! J/K!!! Awesome job :)

The thing I love about MFP is that it is designed to be as simple as possible to lose. When you set up your account and told MFP how much you wanted to lose per week and how active you are on a daily basis the system calculated your calorie deficit for you. When you log exercise you will see a little note pop up at the…

SW: 211 W1: 210.8 Got off track last week - getting back in the swing now though!

Congratulations!!!! Talk to your OB about exercise but every doc I've ever talked to says it's ok to maintain your current level of activity but you may have to back off on high impact activity when you are further along.

You look amazing! Congrats on your progress and keep up the good work! IDK if my stretch marks and baby pouch will ever allow me into a bikini but I'm with you on envying the skinny b****es!

BEAUTIFUL!

Somehow my kids destroyed my DVD and when I went to start Level 2 on Thursday it wouldn't play correctly. I got through the first circuit and it wasn't fun but I'm sure it works! Need to get to Walmart to replace my DVD before all of my level 1 endurance wears off! LoL

You look awesome and you have an amazing attitude! Love it!!!

I wouldn't consider that snooping. My husband has free reign of my phone, facebook, email, whatever he wants, whenever he wants. I have nothing to hide therefore he has nothing to look for. In fact, he doesn't do technology very much but he does like to see his friends pics and stuff on Facebook so I add all of his friends…

You are making amazing progress! It's easy to forget that this journey is not linear - we can all expect bumps in the road, and we should. What matters is that you have your health and well being in mind and you always find your way back to the course. A HUGE congrats on kicking the diabetes though! That alone has given…
