I agree. Find an exercise that you enjoy whether it is biking, hiking, swimming, weight training, walking your dog, etc. It is a great motivater while losing weight and inches. Good luck on your journey:)

These are some of the things I enjoy. Breakfast - granola with yogurt. Lunch is a mult-grain bread and lean meat sandwich. Dinner is sometimes grilled chicken breast with salad or baked salmon in the oven with a salad. Snacks are fruit. Hope this helps.

When you reach your goal weight go into goals and change your settings from lose 1 pound a week to maintenance. It will up your calories automatically. Good luck.

I find it too cold for the pool now also. So I got my bike out and go for an hour at a time. It feels great!
