I asked my Dr. to email me the other labs. TSH: 2.030 (normal range is .450-4.500) TPO Ab: 9 (normal range is 0-34) Didn't know if this would help anyone to understand things better or not.

My aunt probably did have graves. Currently my mom isn't taking anything and is fine and symptom free at the time. She went to an endo, and I'm not sure what they tested on her. I just posted on the other site you suggested..so we'll see. :wink:

Thanks for your clarification...my Dr.'s explained it to me, but I didn't write it down, so therefore forgot a majority of what they said. They did the TPO and it was fine and I do not have graves disease and neither did my mom (not sure about my aunt)...my mom"s has been controled by meds and my aunt had her thryoid…

Hey Rev! It does seem to be hard when you're trying to find "quick and easy" things..they are all loaded w/ sodium! Maybe try cooking a lot of chicken or something at one time to eat on all week, etc. I have also struggled with this..looking forward to seeing others response!

Jillian actually says that you're supposed to do the 30 DS for 2 days, then 1 day of cardio and then another 2 days of 30 DS and then 1 day of cardio and then 1 rest day..this is the way I've done it..today is my last day!! :) I've gotten great results..not so much on weight loss, but the inches have def. came off! Good…

Hmmm...do you have access to a dvd player? I really like Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home dvd and I'm currently doing the 30 DS dvd...maybe something like that could help. :)

Maybe try the 30 DS...even if you don't lose the 11.2 lbs, you'd definitely lose lots of inches! :)

I also agree that Leslie Sansone Walk at Home or Walk away the pounds is a great way to go! I lost 30 lbs by doing this along w/ eating right! It wouldn't be an expensive start-up either! Best wishes to you!

I go by how many miles in however many minutes...meaning her Walk Slim has a 10 min. mile (you're jogging a lot in this one)..so that would be 6 mph (because 6 x 10=60)..her 12 min mile would be considered walking 5 mph..etc... hope this helps! :)
