Currently I am eating 800-1000 calories a day. I'm doing this to fit into a certain dress by a certain time. I know my body can't sustain this indefinately. Yesterday was my husbands birthday. After a day of everything going wrong - I tried to make the day nice for him by buying a nice dessert and presents - both of which he did not like and verbal said so. W/o thanking me for the effort. Instead of picking a fight - I went to bed.

Well I met my husband @ 19. We were attracted to one another but nothing happened. Fast forward 22 years later we met. It took us a year to get engaged. But that was because of our families. If it was up to us we would have gotten engaged after one month.

I just got married i n April. Didn't ask for either although with debt we really wanted money. However we thought is rather crass to ask. We got some lovely gifts that we never would have thought of.

For me it wan't about "settling" I have a disability andcan not work out the way I once did - so I needed to redo everythin g from eating to excercise to find what would work for me w/o ending up shaking. As a result I gainned all my weight back. I "settled" while I tried to find what works for me. I'm still experimenting…

Does your dress not fit or is it not what you envision? If you eat 1000-1200 a day you will lose. That is what I eat and then with exercise it becomes less. I agree with Alex that this should be posted in fitness. That being said. - a pound is a pound. Muscle doesn't weigh more than fat it just settles in the body differently - in a good way. Another option is to not break up with your trainer but change your whole fitness regimine with them. Sometimes your body needs to work muscle differently to break a plateau. This might not be your case - but it something to think about.

First of all stare at the top of their head. They think you are looking at them but you are not. Focus on the words remember they are words That's all. If the words are relevant use it as constructive criticism - if not roll your eyes around (in your head!) and remeber this too shall pass
