OK here's what I found. 10,000 steps is about 5 miles. 100 calories burned = 2000 steps 500 calories burned = 10,000 steps = 5 miles To keep everyone using the same system, lets just use this one. Sound good?

Yes, yes, and yes! You can use anything you want to accumulate your miles. You are your own judge. If you think you covered 2.5 miles in cardio then by all means count it! This is all about moving in a forward motion! I'm so proud of everyone's losses and commitment! Yay Moms! :smooched:
