    2 miles 5 days a week for walking on my breaks at work 2 miles for each Zumba Class 3-4 times a week (which should probably be more) and 4 miles for walking at the Renaissance Festival on 9/17 :)

    My WI day is Tuesday so will post that later :)

    I don't walk but do aeorbics. Can we record that as miles and how? Thanks. Don't we record on Mondays?

    Yes, weigh in is technically on Mondays but I post on Sunday in case people get online before I do. :)

    OK here's what I found.

    10,000 steps is about 5 miles.

    100 calories burned = 2000 steps
    500 calories burned = 10,000 steps = 5 miles

    To keep everyone using the same system, lets just use this one. Sound good?

    I am not expecting a loss by Tuesday as the past couple of days have been really bad food days. Personal issues that i never thought I would have to deal with again = Double Big Mac & fries & McDonalds and pizza....that was just lunch. :cry:

    Not even going to record my food diary today. No Point. I will get back on by diet on Monday.

    Are you doing anything like mixing it up as far as calories go?

    Not sure how long you have been on a Plateau but,

    When I did WW i plateaued for 3 months Then one weekend I pretty much binged all weekend and I finally started losing again. I am not saying to binge but maybe just go over a couple days or something like that. Or change your "settings" everyday for a week to change it up like for example..

    Mon : Lose 2
    tues: Lose 1/2
    Wed : Gain
    Thursday: Maintain
    ETC ETC
