Week 2 results.
Let's bump those numbers up this week!!!!

As of last week we walked from LA to LAS VEGAS. A TOTAL of 277 of our 2807 miles to New York. I hope you all enjoyed your stay! Now where are we off to?

10,000 steps is about 5 miles.

100 calories burned = 2000 steps
500 calories burned = 10,000 steps = 5 miles

    WAA Miles - 20 + 10 = 30 Took a week off of exercise so my body could rest.

    This week it is guns blazing since I gained because I ate like Crap all weekend :(

    Have a great Week Everyone.

    I get to go on vacation this weekend so Hopefully I can track but I literally will have NO say in my food other than portions because the vacation includes meals and I have to eat what they serve :) Delicious but scary also. Just have to get LOTs of Exercise.

    Murder Mystery Weekend.. SO MUCH FUN!!

    Thanks Kara! I can't believe I've lost almost 10 lb this quick. I hope the next 10 come off before christmas. My goal is Thanksgiving to get the 10lb off but if it takes a little longer I'm ok with that. Good luck to you too. It's hard to get started out sometimes. I had so many times I tried to start losing but then got sidetracked. This site has helped me so much. I had no idea how many calories I was eating before I started MFP.

    Challenge for the week Idea:

    Slow down while your eating?
    Take at least 20 Minutes to eat a meal

    I know this is a big problem for me and I know you don't always have 20 minutes but That is going to be my "mini" challenge for the week .

    As for me - :huh: I GAINED 2.5 pounds this week. Apparently, eating like crap, not excerising, and not drinking water doesn't make you lose weight. Go figure! Waaaa! :frown: I could kick myself, but instead I will GET WITH THE PROGRAM and stop being so lazy! I MUST EXERCISE!!!!!

  • I have to share that I met my very first mini goal of 8 lbs by my birthday! I'd like to be down by 15 by Halloween, and 20 by thanksgiving.

    yeah seriously! my new personal trainer is challenges me more than anyone else and he pushes me because he knows I will do these intense grueling workouts!

    Yeah Seriously! I think my goal is 10lbs for now! I am sure with this new PT I can get to 15 by Halloween but I don't want to expect miracles! LOL!

  • SOOOOOOOO SORRY THIS IS SOOOOOOOO LATE. I've been in the bed sick the last 2 days. My ears are killing me. Think I'll be heading to the doctor tomorrow.
