WELCOME TO WEEK 5! Only 3 weeks to go!!!!!!!!!

30 SOMETHING MOMS
Week 4 Results.
Let's bump those numbers up this week!!!!

LAST WEEK WE MADE IT TO THE UTAH/COLORADO STATE LINE! Beautiful country but we are smack dab in the middle of NOWHERE! I'd like to make a quick stop in Denver to visit my step-son and granddaughter. :) We have lost many members and it's up to us to get moving and cross this great nation of ours!!!! TIME TO STEP IT UP LADIES!!!!!! :)

10,000 steps is about 5 miles.

100 calories burned = 2000 steps
500 calories burned = 10,000 steps = 5 miles

  • I'll be weighing in tomorrow as I have been in ill and didn't step on the scale today. My activity this week suffered too, but I plan to get over all these germs and get back moving.

    Today I fit into a pair of jeans that are a size 15/16!! They aren't even from the plus size section!! When I started this journey last month I was wearing a size 20.

    I originally had my goal at 10lbs and changed it to 15. So far I've only lost 6:sad: I really don't think I'm gonna make it! Starting 30DS again tomorrow! I fell off the wagon!! Time to get my *kitten* moving again!
