Let's bump those numbers up this week!!!!
LAST WEEK WE MADE IT TO THE UTAH/COLORADO STATE LINE! Beautiful country but we are smack dab in the middle of NOWHERE! I'd like to make a quick stop in Denver to visit my step-son and granddaughter. We have lost many members and it's up to us to get moving and cross this great nation of ours!!!! TIME TO STEP IT UP LADIES!!!!!!
10,000 steps is about 5 miles.
100 calories burned = 2000 steps
500 calories burned = 10,000 steps = 5 miles

I'll be weighing in tomorrow as I have been in ill and didn't step on the scale today. My activity this week suffered too, but I plan to get over all these germs and get back moving.

Today I fit into a pair of jeans that are a size 15/16!! They aren't even from the plus size section!! When I started this journey last month I was wearing a size 20.0 -

I originally had my goal at 10lbs and changed it to 15. So far I've only lost 6:sad: I really don't think I'm gonna make it! Starting 30DS again tomorrow! I fell off the wagon!! Time to get my *kitten* moving again!0 -
