Aw thanks :) It took me about a year and a half but that includes falling off the wagon a few times. I just tried to stick to my calorie goal on mfp most days and walked places that I used to take the bus, that's it :D

Wow our stories are pretty close, I started losing most of my weight after my graduation in 2011, and I have a picture around that time of me in the same spotty dress you're wearing, topshop yeah? Congrats on all the good work!

I'm just under 5ft 3. At my highest I was 185 and am now 124. I'd like to lose another 12ish lbs :)

Thankyou. I was very down earlier but I realised that feeling sorry for myself and giving up made me gain weight in the first place. So far today i've been doing good :)
