  • waaaaaaaa last week was 184 this week 185,up pound i worked so hard too. :sad: oh well back to it work harder is obviously needed in a year i've lost 3 stone,i just need to shift the last stones.   • No didn't log my food's for about a week,so quite suprised how i lost,but back on it now as i come back on more that way,and less likely to relapse. Family situation is ok for moment,my mum had new kidney 5yrs ago and it has started to shrink,after nearly losing her six times last time,i don't want to go through it…

  • Needless to say i don't drive so i walk everywhere I've always been quite fit,just eating rubbish wasn't helping! You guys have given me great ideas thanks x
  • Morning housework then a walk down our mile and half steep hill,then shopping and back up,do this most days takes about 30mins,then afternoon back down hill then played in park with my 3 yr old then back up hill and did a 30 min work out video. Exhausted i am :¤) but happy.

  • Heh you must be the one that lost the inches round my waist,i thank you i can do the feet on stool and sit ups it's what I've been doing,you can feel the fat burning which is great. :¤) i'm using my phone to use this site as i don't own a computer,my predictive text does my smiley face,and it means i'm verily happy x

  • Another pound that's 7 pounds in 2 weeks,might only be a pound but begining of the week i badly sprained my ankle and had bad back,needless to say not much exercise,but did little light stuff,and watched my eating and even had a treat! I've fallen in love with this place,and keep it up guys :¤) x

  • And i have lost 6lb since starting this place,i'm feeling great today and know i can do it. I have so much motivation all i want to do is dance. Is 6lb to much in a week,i keep with my calorie intake,i'm sensible i just eat more fiber and healthy stuff. Good luck everyone we can do it :¤) x x x

  • Well i did really well took my own tea,only had some mini cheddars,not hungry and still have 129 cal to spare,feeling really proud,but the ppl there supported me which was great. Taking each day at a time,you guys were in my mind each time,you to helped me through thanks and good luck to you guys too :¤) x
