I am a little upset because I really did good this week with my diet as well as my exercise. I thought I would have lost more, but hey I guess any loss is better than gain I hope to do better this week and I keep trying to remind myself that muscle weighs more than fat.0 -

waaaaaaaa last week was 184 this week 185,up pound i worked so hard too. :sad: oh well back to it work harder is obviously needed in a year i've lost 3 stone,i just need to shift the last stones. Today will mark the beginning of Week 3 of my "new life" and although I have a good 70lbs. that I want to lose when it's all said and done with, I love the idea of setting a short-term goal for Memorial Day. Fantastic idea! :drinker:

Not bad, but I have got to do better if I want to make it by Memorial Day! I will try harder this week and challeng myself to lose at least 2 lbs. this week. Oh I hope I can do it.

This slow weight loss is killing me.
