I am challenging you to reach or get closer to your goal and post it. Memorial Day is only fourteen weeks away! Can you make your goal?? I know I wan to. Post once a week. here is the form:

My Story:
My family goes on a river trip to the Colorado river every year for memorial weekend. It’s big all our friends and family are going to be there and it’s bathing suits, swimming and boating the whole time. I need to be ready to bear it all in front of everyone. in 100 degree temps there is really no other choice. So I need to DO IT already. Beach Body Here I COME!!

    50 cruches per day (upper abs)
    25 oblique crunches (each way) per day (love handles)
    50 reverse crunches per day (lower abs)

    Cool!! My true goal weight is 135, which I HOPE to be close to by the Fall sometime..but it is always great to have mini-goals.

    30 minutes of cardio/day
    30 minutes of abdominal work or strenght training/day

    Slowly bump up to 60 minutes of cardio a day and add in strength training

    I need to challenge myself more to drop these pounds!

    Personal challenge. Keep excercising regularily, add more weights.
    Cardio 45-90 minutes 6-7 days per week. Strength 30-60 minutes 2-3 days per week.
    I eat and exercise to lose 1 lb week (according to the guidlines) but I seem to lose at a much slower rate. But at least I'm going in the right direction!

    I'm in. Ideally I would like to be under 167 by May for my PT test, but I feel that goal may be a bit to ambitious, so while I will secretly strive for that I would still be estatic if I reach the goal below.

    Original post baby weight: 225.4
    Current weight: 202
    Goal weight: 175 (Ultimate 160 by Sept)

    I am currently doing very good at getting workouts in as long as it is a day I work... would like to get better about doing things on my off days! Would like to be able to complete my 1.5 mile run in under 15:18 by May. Once it warms up I will have a better idea of how far off I really am from that.

    Tuesday update.....

    I achieved my personal challenge (the crunches) for today.


    (I think if I log whether I do it or not will help me achieve this goal .... if I don't log it to everyone I will forget about it .... my own way of working toward this).

    Yes, I have a personal goal/challenge of getting to the gym at least 3 days this week. I went yesterday, so will shoot for at least 2 more days (if not more). Plus, I play and run around with my 15 month old son...that should count for something right???? hehe

    Wednesday update on my "personal goal" of the week .....

    Well, I did all of my ab work ..... my abs are sore and they were telling me not to do it ..... but I did it!!!

    As an added note .... I was under my calorie intake today and I wasn't hungry!!! YEAH!!
