I'm vegetarian! Hello! :)

Just fine because Vitamin C is water soluble.

Starvation mode is when your body starts storing fat, and could make you fat. Yes you should have NET 1200 calories. Eat your exercise calories. Starvation mode also makes it a lot easier to gain weight when you start eating more again because your body will still be storing fat and your metabolism will be slowed.

Amen to this post.

So you don't think overweight people are strong? What about people who have a slow metabolism? I think people take how you look into account to much. I believe you can be perfectly healthy underweight, overweight and somewhere in between. I also think you can be terribly unhealthy anywhere on the weight spectrum as well. I…

Yes, you can exercise too much! Here are some articles: http://exercise.about.com/cs/exercisehealth/a/toomuchexercise.htm http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/releases/72307.php

I'm vegetarian. Hello! Eating those extra exercise calories will help you, so you won't plateau in the future. It will also made your body consume 1200 NET calories, which your body needs to survive. Otherwise, your body could end up going into starvation mode and start storing fat. Good luck!

You should never let go of doing exercise and going back to the way you were eating before. That only means you go back to the same body you had before. It should never be called a diet, it should be called a lifestyle change. That being said, I'm doing it to be healthy and so I feel good about myself and I know those two…

Don't forget to eat your exercise calories!

Well I got my wisdom teeth taken out a year ago and it still doesn't feel 'normal' because there's a scar and it will apparently never feel like it was before the surgery. With that said, some people do heal fast and your mouth heals faster than anywhere else on your body because of bacteria, etc. I don't recommend…

Whatever you do, do not go below 1000 calories per day because it brings your body into starvation mode and stores fat. It's best to be at around 1200 or more, plus exercise.
-
Always eat your exercise calories. Always.

I think everyone's different when it comes to them 'showing' the weight they lost. Don't worry if other people notice you lost weight. You should be losing weight for yourself, not everyone else!

I usually stop exercising that area of my body if I'm in pain. Then when I'm no longer in pain I do a harder workout or go longer on the one I did before. You don't want to be in constant pain from exercising, but a little pain is good - it just means your muscles are becoming stronger!

I think it's only bad for you when you add all sorts of bad stuff on it like butter, seasonings, etc. Eat away!

I recommend going for walks with your kids. No need to exclude your children from exercise! You'll be a good influence on them
-
Sounds like you should break your rule and eat after 7. It wont hurt you.
-
Congrats! You look amazing.

I agree with that. I also don't being told "you've gained a lot of weight" (or any other way of saying that, rude or trying to be "nice"). I don't like being told "you're so THIN! Eat something!" It's just rude to talk about someone's weight no matter where on the weight spectrum they're on, you know?
