I never noticed that number before either. When I checked, it showed a number for me, but then a few minutes later, it was gone. I checked the health app and that is the total of active energy, (move calories), and resting energy.

If you start a workout on your Apple Watch for the walk, it will transfer the calories burned from the walk to MFP. I think it doesn’t count steps thinking they would be included in your normal activity level. All my Apple Watch workouts transfer fine.

Splenda works for me. I use it for tea and coffee.

I agree. My FitBit takes away calories until I get around 5,000 or so steps. I make sure I get enough steps to get into a positive adjustment.

About syncing the next day, I found this on the FitBit website: DO I NEED TO SYNC MY TRACKER EVERY DAY? A daily sync is recommended, but not required. All Fitbit trackers can record detailed minute-by-minute steps, calorie burn data, and sleep records for at least 7 days between sync opportunities. Beyond that, daily…

I have the Fitbit Zip. It works good for me. I didn't care about tracking sleep or stairs so just got this model. I know I'm walking more, because I make sure I get at least 10,000 steps a day. I can tell before getting the Zip, I was probably only averaging 3,000 - 5,000 steps on the weekend. If I need more steps I just…

Yes, down 26 pounds since January 1st counting calories.

I have a Fitbit Zip and so far today I'm at 10,910 steps and it's given me 337 excersize calories. I will lose a few if I don't keep moving until midnight. I have to get closer to 15,000 steps to get 500 extra calories.

Diet Pepsi.

I like Frosted Flakes.

Usually about 11,000 - 13,000 a day. Best day a little over 17,000. I've only had my Fitbit Zip for about 3 weeks, but I make sure I get a least 10,000 a day. I can see I wasn't doing that prior to getting the Fitbit.

Yes, same here. If I stop moving and go to bed at 10pm, I will lose about 60-80 exercise calories overnight since I didn't move between 10pm and midnight. That's based on getting 300-500 exercise calories during the day. I knew it was going to happen from reading about FitBits before I got mine, so it doesn't bother me.

I know my weight will be up for a couple of days after too much sodium. I don't worry too much since I know I was still at or under my calorie goal.

I weight almost every day for fun on our bath scale, but only weigh every Saturday on my Wii balance board which I then use to update the weight here. I picked Saturday so if I want to eat a little extra on the weekend, I have 5 days, (Monday-Friday), to recoup. It's worked so far.

I like Wii Fit, but I only have regular Wii, not Wii U yet.

I do this also, usually have a 2 - 3 pound loss overnight. Always wonder where the weight goes during the night.

I don't think I've seen a KFC ad, but I've seen Pizza Hut in the past. I actually like Popeye's chicken way more than KFC.

Yes, I eat most or all of them.

I just weighed twice and got the same weight. This was on a TANITA brand scale. I use the WII Fit balance board to weigh in on a weekly basis.

Cheetos! Love crunchy the best, but puffs are good also. As long as I measure out an ounce or ounce and a half, I'm fine. I just can't sit down with the whole bag.
-
I have an ad for M&M's at the moment. Ack! I've also had ads for Pizza Hut in the past.
-
I use the WII Fit balance board as a scale. Also have a regular scale, a Tanita, with digital readouts.

Yes, I eat my exercise calories. Maybe not all of them, but most of them. I'm down 22 lbs in 9 weeks, so It's working for me.
-
The only thing I've logged extra is mowing the grass. I figure pushing a lawn mower for 30 minutes or more should count as exercise.
-
I've never counted house cleaning, but I do count mowing the grass as long as it takes me at least 30 minutes.

When I have eggs, it's usually three eggs, but I only have them about once a week on the weekend. I normally don't have time to cook them during the week for breakfast. Once in awhile for dinner.
