Was stuck and couldnt lose weight for the life of me, So i would have to say my BodymediaFit, It has defiantly opened my eyes and i have i lost 5 lbs in a month since having it! May not seem like alot to you but for me five pounds off is better then 5 pounds on

my mom isnt having much luck on them, i think alot of it depends on your body and stuff. I think alot of my weight is being lost due to major changes, but they shakes im sure is helping, and even if its not helping with the weight loss there is nothing wrong with all the vitamins and minerals that im getting from them…

i think i will try this way too. I am in New Brunswick Canada so our weather is about the same lol. Do i put them in a bag or in a tubberwere container in the fridge? what do you recommend for potting soil?

Just a quick question, when i put the seeds on the damp paper towel, should i let the seeds dry out first or soak them for a few hours first in water? i read on the internet that doing either of them work im just not sure. the apples that i am taking the seeds from came from a fresh farmers market from apples grown and picked in their orchard. Im not really looking for the fruit just want to be able to grow a tree is all.

i googled it but i was just looking to see if anyone has done it and knows of a way that works :) I may try the soak in paper towel in a ziplock sitting in the fridge and see if that works lol

i just wanted to post that i have been taking the shakes for over a month now and i find they have been working. also with saying that.... before i started taking them i brought it into my doctor to check out and she recommended it after that due to all the nutrients in the shakes, her thought was, even if i dont lose…

MFP already calculates that in your daily intake and stuff. So you would only log what your HRM says not what you do at rest as that is already calculated :)

For everyone who has a HRM do you find the calories burned on there is about the same number that MFP would have put for the same workout?

really? ive had the problem with food passing right threw me for a few years now, but this with the veggies is a new thing, and i find it really weird, I think i will bring it up with my doctor.

is it only lettuce that you have problems with? like if i have a salad i can see the carrots and lettuce in my BM clearly, its really weird

it doesnt seem to make much of a difference for what i eat my bowel movements are pretty much the same every time.

I have really only noticed it with veggies all kinds, broccoli and cauliflower do the same thing, also if i eat a large meal usually im in the bathroom passing it before im even finished eating, like at christmas dinner i have to take "pit stops" in-between eating as it goes threw me so fast and i get really bad cramping…
