im 250lbs so i should be able to lose pretty easy lol. i was 110lbs 4 years ago before my lung collapsed twice and i had to have the top half of my left lung removed, then i got pregnant, now my daughter is 2 and i still cant get the weight off

if you are dehydrated then your urine will be dark yellow, though if you are hydrated then your urine will be clear. So when you wake up in the morning go by your urine color. if you wake up in the morning and have dark urine after drinking water all the previous day i would see a doctor a it could be a kidney problem.

i have heard of alot of people doing a free day once a week, though i dont, if i have a "free day" i tend to just exercise more to make up for what i ate, like on birthdays or holidays.

i see my fam dr in the beginning of the month and i am going to tell him that i am very serious about this and that i am busting my butt trying, and try to get him to bend the rules a bit and see if he will send me! i need to do this, just all of the food and calories sodium stuff is soooooooo confusing !!!!

im in Nb and they dont do that anymore with the diatitions, they only referr people with health conditions such as diabetes and so on, they stopped sending "fat people" a couple of years ago

thank you for the comment, i have changed so much in just a month both with my diet and my exercise, i do weigh my food with a food scale though. and i am going to talk to my doctor again about seeing a nutritionist but last time he said that they dont take over weight people anymore as most of them dont stick with it and…

i would LOVE to see a diatition but unfortunately they wont take fat people anymore because they find it is majorly a waist of their time. i have already talked to my doctor about this.

i am on alot of medications and one of them is known to cause weight gain. if someone wants to comment they can not only tell me what im doing wrong but tell me how to fix it, for example i know i got to cut down on the sodium but i have no clue how to, it is already in the food and i cant take it out.

yes i did 4 hours of dance, it was on the Wii using michael Jackson's the experience, just dance 1 and 2 and zumba

I do want to state that the weekend i was away from home with a friend at her mothers place and the weekend and today is a very bad example of my eating habits. for exercise i use the dance games on the wii and wii fit plus and tuns of walking. i do NOT normally eat that much fast food pepsi ect.

im having this problem too i have been eating most of my calories and in 25 days i havent lost a single pound with doing 2 or more hours of exercise a day... with drinking 8-12 cups of water a day.... sigh,
