Starting New, Starting Over

I had an account on here for a long, long time, but I hardly ever used it and I was really lazy about it. I wanted to get started again, and thought the best way to do that would be to start from scratch to try and get over all those negative feelings I have always associated with weightloss.

Here's the new me, and the new one needs friends!

    I'm focusing less on weight loss myself, and more on eating healthy (& at an appropriate caloric amount), and getting in shape.

    I'm 35, 5'2" and am solidly in the middle of the 'overweight' BMI range. My first goal is to get to the 'normal' range, and then to the middle of the normal range.
  • I'm 26, solidly in 'morbid obesity' category and wanting to get that under control. Taking it 10 pounds at a time. Working on overcoming an addiction to food (particularly junk and 'feel good' foods) and being able to exercise more intensely for longer periods of time, if only so I can function better in the "real world."

    Feel free to add me :) Im on here daily and have also been a member for a long time but recently really decided to give it my all to lose! I got over 100lbs to lose to its gonna be a long journey but one i hope i can do! Looking for friends to take the journey with me :) oh also im 23
