Its 118 calories PER serving, because of the parm cheese and olive oil.

Its six servings, and each serving is roughly a cup. I had 2 cups and a lean cuisine for lunch. My lunch was under 400 calories, I feel stuffed!

I have lowfat yogurt with granola mixed in almost every morning! SO good and around 200 calories.

Ive lost 10 Pounds since August 1st on the 30DS

Food is the last thing I want after I work out. I do the 30DS at night. I also make my husbands lunch for work at night. The other day, I worked out, showered, then went to make his lunch, and it was nearly repulsive! I dunno what it is but Ive never felt that way about food so I guess its a good thing.

What an inspiration! So funny because my overall goal is to lose 84 pounds, but we have a family trip the last week of September and my mini goal is to lose 34 lbs by then!!! Thanks for sharing.

I agree totally! I would avoid stairs and I would nearly cry when I had to go potty!

Think about something that motivates you! Jean shopping this winter motivates me. Also, I made myself a promise that when I lose 34 pounds I get a new pair of high heeled boots I want, and I think of them while working out. You should try it!

I usually log it as 15 minutes of Jumping jacks but I will start logging it as circuit training.
