Motivation required ASAP

I've done my exercise for the day but I need to get back into running. My other half will be hom in 45 minutes and I know, I know, I know I should go for a run - even if it's only 20 mins but my enthusiasm is waning with each minute that goes by....

    Think about something that motivates you! Jean shopping this winter motivates me. Also, I made myself a promise that when I lose 34 pounds I get a new pair of high heeled boots I want, and I think of them while working out. You should try it!

    get out there and get moving! there are people in the world who love to even have the opportunity to run but they are disabled, too overweight, etc. it would be selfish of you NOT to run, right?? ;)

    Did 22 minutes - first run in over a month - had to stop twice but totalled 2.6miles.
