Carmelized Garlic Chicken- 200 Cals!

3 teaspoons Olive Oil, plus more for greasing foil-lined pan
6 cloves of garlic, pressed
8 teaspoons brown sugar
3 chicken breasts, halved

Heat Oven to 500 degrees. Line shallow roasting pan or baking sheet with edges with foil. Heat oil in pan and add garlic until softened (be careful not to burn!). Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. Place chicken on foiled pan, covering with garlic mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Only 200 calories!

Serve with roasted red skin potatoes or brown rice. Baked carrots or steamed broccoli would go nice as well.
