This is interesting, but I often notice guys at the gym who are huge ontop but have measly little legs. For me, I prefer to work my legs than any other part of my body. I love squats, and lunges. Yes on the new Points Plus proram fruit and vegetables are zero points. They do caution to whatch how many servings of fruit you have daily.

I season with salt and pepper then pop in the oven. When its almost cooked I start to glaze it with Terryaki Sauce. I serve with brown rice and steamed broccoli. hmmmm. Maybe I'll pick some up for today.

Try a combination of both (milk and creamer). I use skim milk and the french vanilla creamer. This way I can get my coffee lighter and get the flavor of the creamer while sticking to the serving size, I sweeten with truvia. I also only have a cup a day.

I think (I may be mistaken) that the 1750 would be to maintain that weight. To lose you need to create a calorie deficit (hence the 1260). You're working out 4x a week are you eating back those calories? If you aren't that could be your issue.

Definitley no tempura and read the roll descriptions. The spicy rolls usually have some kind of mayo. I like Nigri, which is a slice of fish over rice and sashimi wich is just plain fish. Edamame is great and steamed gyoza (dumplings) to share are fun.
